Hello Ryan,
On a Joomla 3 site, the ChatGPT plugin update was always proposed, even after it had been carried out, and the version indicated as installed was version 1.1.1, which wasn't right.
The problem was that Joomla was seeing 2 versions of the plugin, 1.1.1 and 1.1.4, I uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it, everything is now ok.
I haven't had this problem with my other Joomla 4 or 5 sites.
The problem is solved for me, I'll let you know in case another user asks you the question.

Wrong title for the Editor Toc plugin in the list of update sites
I'm taking advantage of this message to tell you that in the list of update sites, the Editor TOC plugin has the title JCE ChatGPT
It's not just in the update server part of the xml file: <server type="extension" priority="1" name="JCE Editor TOC">

The problem was that Joomla was seeing 2 versions of the plugin, 1.1.1 and 1.1.4, I uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it, everything is now ok.

This has to do with the change in the folder naming for ChatGPT between version 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 which renamed the plugin folder to replace dash characters with underscores, eg: editor-chatgpt to editor_chatgpt. I was not able to fix this during the update process in Joomla 3, so an uninstall and re-install is required.

Thanks I will fix this.
